All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (PST) are processed the next business day.

After processing, orders are delivered within 4–7 business days. Total delivery time is usually 5–10 business days depending on your location.

Yes. We offer 100% free shipping on all orders within the United States.

6. Do you ship outside the United States?

Currently, we only ship within the United States.

7. How can I track my order?

Contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a refund as quickly as possible.

10. Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can only be changed or canceled before processing. Once an order is shipped, we cannot make any changes.

11. Do sale items qualify for returns?

Sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
