We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within the timeframes and under the conditions described below.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
- Email our returns team at Support@auxra.shop with your order number and reason for return.
- If your return is accepted, we will email you a return authorization and a prepaid return shipping label (when applicable), plus detailed instructions on how and where to send the package.
- Ship the item back following the instructions provided. Do not send items back without an approved return authorization.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at Support@auxra.shop with photos and your order number so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned unless defective, including but not limited to:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Personal care items and hygiene products once opened
- Custom or personalized products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards (unless required by law)

Exchanges
If you need a different size or item, the fastest option is to return the original item for a refund (once accepted) and place a new order for the replacement item. Contact Support@auxra.shop if you need assistance.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Right
If your order is shipped to an EU address, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Items must be returned in the same condition you received them (unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging), and you must provide proof of purchase.
Refunds & Processing Time
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved:
- We will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact us at Support@auxra.shop.
Return Shipping Costs
- If an item is defective, damaged in transit, or we shipped the wrong item, Auxra will cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid label when applicable.
- If you are returning an item for any other reason (change of mind, wrong size, etc.), you may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated in your return authorization.
Lost or Missing Returns
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns. Auxra is not responsible for returned items lost in transit if you did not use a tracked or insured shipping method unless we provided a prepaid tracked label.
