Tracking Information
If you have received tracking information but your order has not arrived, you have up to 30 days from the date of receiving your shipping confirmation email and tracking link to claim your package as lost. Eligible orders will receive a refund or a reshipment (if stock permits).
US Orders: If your package has not arrived within 1 week after it ships, please contact us immediately at Support@auxra.shop.
International Orders: If your package has not arrived within 2 weeks after it ships, please contact us for assistance.
If tracking shows “pre-shipment” or “label created” for more than 7 days, email us so we can investigate.
Some carriers may mark a package as delivered up to 5 days before it is actually delivered. Check with neighbors or your local post office. If your order is still missing, notify us within 30 days of receiving your tracking link.
General Shipping Information
We do our best to deliver orders on time. However, delays may occur due to high demand, carrier delays, or safety measures.
- Orders typically ship within 3 business days (excluding U.S. holidays and pre-orders).
- You will receive tracking information via email once your package ships.
- Tracking updates may take up to 3 days to appear.
- Delivery dates are not guaranteed unless specifically stated.
Once an order leaves our warehouse, shipping delays caused by the carrier are outside of our control. Contacting the carrier is the most accurate way to obtain delivery updates.
Incorrect Shipping Address: We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses. Address update requests must be confirmed by our team before the order ships.
If your package is returned to us due to a shipping error and you do not respond to our email within 10 business days, we reserve the right to refund your order.
Customs Charges, Duties & Import Taxes (International Orders)
Your country may charge customs fees, import taxes, or duties. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Auxra does not cover or control these charges.
If customs fees are refused at delivery, the order will be returned to us. Once received, we can issue a refund for the product cost.
Items that contain hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases cannot be shipped outside the United States.
We are not responsible for orders confiscated by customs or legal authorities. Please check your local import regulations before ordering.
International Shipping
International delivery times vary based on destination and shipping method.
- Standard international deliveries may take up to 3 weeks.
- If your order has not arrived after 3 weeks, contact us for assistance.
- Shipping costs are based on package weight, destination, and delivery speed.
- If you select split shipping, customs fees may apply per shipment.
US Orders: Sales Tax & Domestic Shipping
Sales tax applies to all U.S. orders based on state tax regulations.
- Shipping costs depend on package weight and destination.
- Shipping times exclude holidays and pre-order processing times.
- Tracking information will be emailed after your order ships.
Split Shipping: If selected, items will ship as they become available. International customers may incur separate customs fees for each shipment.
